I. Go to our Home-Page and click on the “Registration” Button at the page header or
under the welcoming remarks from Brother Douglas Ironside, District Grand Master of DGL of Zambia. To access the
registration page directly please click here

II. Complete the Online registration form (which is under the Q&A’s on “How to Register” on the registration page) and once completed click on “Submit Form”. 

III. The form will automatically be sent to ismc2025@gmail.com as well as a copy to your email address provided for.

IV. Payments for the conference fees and charges can be made through direct transfer (Bank details see below under “Submit Form” Button) or through ONLINE PAYMENT

a) IMPORTANT FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS: Online payments can be made after you have completed and submitted your              registration form.

b) Once you have submitted your registration form you will be redirected to the “payment” page where you can click on the      “Pay Online” button.

c) You will then need to RESELECT your applicable packages and “Add to Cart” by clicking under the respective icon:                    “Brother” ; “Partner”; “Guest” etc… Please ensure you add the right number of “quantities ” in your cart, before clicking on to          “checkout” to enter your respective payment details. For example, if you are attending the Boma Cultural Dinner with                    your Partner, you need to click on the respective icon twice for you and your Partner.

d) If you are making PAYMENT THROUGH DIRECT TRANSFER, please remember to explicitly instruct your bank to make the          transfer “without any charges or costs to the beneficiary”; all transaction costs must be borne by the remitter.

V. We will require 3 – 5 working days to confirm your Masonic credentials with Grand
Lodge of Scotland or the respective Grand Lodge, District or Provincial Grand Lodge presiding over your Lodge.

VI. Once confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your registration. In the same
email you will receive a link to the discounted accommodation rates at the Radisson
Blu Mosi-Oa-Tunya, Livingstone Resort where you can then proceed to book your accommodation.
